About the Book

All over the world, accounts of UFO sightings, close encounters with ufonauts - even claims of abductions by alien entities - are reported almost daily. Far from being a recent phenomenon, research shows that inexplicable objects had been seen in Earth's skies for thousands of years before 1947, when US airman Kenneth Arnold drew the modern world's attention to the mystery of modern UFOs.

Yet controversy still rages over the reality of UFOs. Many people refuse to believe that UFO reports are anything more than hoaxes, hallucinations or simply the results of human error. Others are no less convinced that something undeniably real lies behind UFO encounters.

Until now it has been formidably difficult for open-minded people to make their own assessment of the facts. An objective, historical catalogue of UFO sightings has never previously been available to the general public in a single volume.

UFO The Complete Sightings Catalogue describes hundreds of UFO reports in chronological order. Each chapter covers a specific era, beginning with a brief, lucid analysis of the most intriguing aspects of the phenomenon during each period and then detailing the cases in date order.

Now at last readers can make up their own minds about the true nature of the UFO phenomenon.
