An opportunity for Australians and New Zealanders living and/or working in or near Hannover to get together with fellow countrymen and -women and a couple of interested natives to chew the fat over a drink or two.
Our regular meeting is currently on the third Thursday of a month at Hannover's
Australian bar & restaurant OutbaX Spirit, Groß-Buchholzer Kirchweg 68, 30655 Hannover (Tel: 0511 / 57 82 51).
Starting time is around 7.00 pm.
In summer there is a spacious beer garden which we can use.
Our aim is to provide a home-away-from-home for Aussies and Kiwis, and to facilitate contacts with Germans in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

By public transport: Take the 3/7/9 tram from the main station in the direction Altwarmbüchen/Fasanenkrug/Lahe

about 600 m.
By car: Parking is available on the street.

Apart from the conversation evenings (on the last Monday of a month, free of charge) there are also visits to the cinema, a fish'n'chips night in winter, curry nights at Chris's, foot and bike hikes with Olga Maria and Lee and a cricket round robin in the Royal Gardens in summer.
